At Eliyah Mashiach Herbal Products Store, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal products with your health and safety in mind.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our herbal tea powders and other ingestible items, all sales of consumable products are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unopened ingestible products, even if unused, for health and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eliyahmashiachherbalstore@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.
To process a damage claim, we may require:
- Clear images of the damage (including one where the UPC code is visible)
- Images of the packaging and all contents
Product Verification:
Some of our products include UPC codes and/or batch codes for traceability and quality control. Please include clear photos of these codes when submitting a claim to help us verify the product and resolve your concern efficiently.
If carrier tracking shows the item was damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund for the product.
Note:
Damage claims for non-perishable items must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Damage claims for perishable, frozen, or refrigerated products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Eligibility (Non-Ingestible Products Only)
We have a 15-day return policy for eligible non-ingestible items. To qualify:
The item must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
To start a return, contact us at eliyahmashiachherbalstore@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns for Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, and it meets the return eligibility above, we can issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. The product must:
Be unused and unopened
Not be expired at the time we receive it
Missing or Undelivered Items
If tracking shows the item was delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us within 15 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds under these circumstances are not guaranteed and depend on the outcome of the investigation. Cooperation in this process is required.
Return To Sender (RTS)
Generally, packages that are returned back to our storehouses are subject to a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
This applies to, but is not limited to, the following instances:
- The address was incorrectly inputted when the order was placed.
- The recipient refused delivery.
- The recipient refused to pick up the package.
- The address is deemed invalid by the carrier.
In cases where you believe the carrier mistakenly failed to deliver the package, we will file a claim with the carrier. Failure to cooperate may lead to denial of the claim and ineligibility for a refund.
